泉羽實驗室

泉羽實驗室是我們專門成立的研究與發(fā)展部門，孫凱旋先生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，通過他們的獨立研究，來不斷拓展我們對城市、空間和用戶的理解與認識。這是一個綜合了多學(xué)科的團隊，包括城市規(guī)劃師、城市設(shè)計師和社會學(xué)家，他們所領(lǐng)銜主持下地泉羽實驗室從事大量當代建筑的相關(guān)研究。泉羽實驗室長期從事城市與社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、當代都市生活方式、創(chuàng)意工作空間、綠色建筑、建筑質(zhì)量及中國工業(yè)發(fā)展等諸多專業(yè)課題的研究。

泉羽實驗室提供了耳目一新的視野和不同凡響的觀點，這些新知撞擊出極富創(chuàng)意的方案，植入到項目的設(shè)計中去。泉羽實驗室對項目所在地與其周邊環(huán)境進行分析，從而為每一個項目提供創(chuàng)新型設(shè)計策略與方向支持。我們同時也提供全套的項目定位服務(wù)，包括綜合分析，市場調(diào)研，目標、受眾人群、功能、項目策略等諸多方面的定義。
